Hi,
I opened a LTD company in Nov 2021 and started selling on Amazon two months ago. I am selling as FBA seller. I am based in the UK. I am sole Director of Company. Amazon asked to upload following document:

"Statues (by-laws/articles of association) Business name on Submitted statutes should be “Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/Annual return/share register)”

My Question is that, do I need to provide Articles of Association plus statement of capital as one combined document as Amazon gave me option of uploading only one document but they are asking for two documents.
Secondly, I downloaded statement of Capital from company house website by following steps:
Search for company>>Go to Filling History>>on bottom right I clicked on PDF document that contains 10 pages. (document name is Incorporation, statement of capital on 2021-11-26 GBP1. Model articles adopted).
Is it the right document for statement of capital?
It is dated 26-Nov-2021, will amazon accept it or they have some time limitation?

I will appreciate if anyone will help me through the process.
