Recommended pack group shipment saving

Has anyone found a way to track the savings from shipping to the FC in the recommended pack groups? It isn't appearing on the savings tile as detailed in the help pages.

I have asked Seller Support but they didn't understand the question.

Thank you for using the Forums. I understand this can be confusing, and we have observed similar feedback from other members here.

To verify the discount applications, go through the Reports Repository.

Go to Seller Central Payments > Reports Repository and download the report for these periods, you will see FBA fees (Column X) appear as '0' for certain orders during discount processing periods where these incentives were applied as discounts.

We're working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will notify you once the report is fixed and made live on the "Track your savings" tool.

In the meantime, shipments that meet program criteria will continue to be eligible for FBA fee discounts. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your patience."
