Customer asking for a free product to write a review
Hi, I need some help please as I don’t know how to respond to a customer! I received a message from a customer saying they like the look of my product and they are willing to leave a review in return for the free product! I have never ever had a message like that before and don’t even know how to begin to respond. I know it’s against Amazon’s policy to request for reviews for something in return but in this case the buyer approached me. Do I politely write back and say I cannot do that or do I report the buyer to Amazon? I’m just afraid he may write negative reviews about my product if I report him! Please help! Thanks!

Do not engage with this person. Simply mark the message as no response required and report it to Amazon. If you reply it could look to the bots that you are soliciting reviews by giving freebies
