FBA STORAGE FEES - Are we charged when item has been submitted for removal but has not been returned?
I ask this question because I have units that I've been trying to get returned for over six months now. Amazon just cancels the return removal request and then creates a new one. I also have units that are on multiple removal orders because Amazon didn't remove it and then created a new automated removal request for the same item. So my question is once a removal order is created for an item does that end my being charged storage fees on that item?
If we are charged what policy is in place by Amazon for how long is reasonable to remove an item? I've had items being in removal status for over 120 days easily.

It's Amazon and as long as it's there they will collect fees.
Is the removal request due to any serious problems like an IP complaint? If so you will probably never get them back.

Hi @Seller_LtMC18hHbjrDD, removal orders may take 90 days or more to process and leave the fulfillment center.
If you disagree with Amazon's decision on canceling a removal order, submit another request. The reasons to cancel can be specific to the related product. If Amazon cancels the second request, contact Selling Partner Support.
Base monthly storage fee is charged to all inventory in fulfillment centers.
