Amazon is refunding more than the amount paid

Just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them. This is the second time I’ve seen Amazon refund more than the sales amount on a refund.

is it FBA, FBM? I would assume FBA. It could be the wonderful customer service team provided a discretionary refund on top of the order because the customer complained about something like their time being wasted.

No idea if there is anything in the FBA return policy to allow for this.

Not until Amazon have some real competition before they will ever change their dishonest practises. I can wait for a strong competitor to come along so that I can switch platforms
