Royal Mail & valid tracking

We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked with tracking numbers provided to Amazon automatically by their click and drop integrated service. Our valid tracking rate is consistently below 95% even though all the shipments have Royal Mail genuine tracking numbers. Amazon have been threatening to remove our listings. Is there anything we can do about this?

We use tracked 48 and our VTR rarely falters from 99-100%

That being said, it is possible soem orders could slip through without any tracking. In theory, amazon state that for unscanned parcels - they will validate the tracking codes to ensure they are genuine - you'll still get the warnings, but thye won't remove the ability to sell in affected categories.

Could you share a screenshot of your VTR defect report? That is the actual Excel download, that you can get from this page
