Thank you for contacting us with your grievance regarding the Amazon Payments Europe (APE) service. Amazon Payments Europe takes complaints seriously.
Amazon Payments Europe has looked into the matter and we would like to inform you that based on a review of your account and the information provided, we have concluded that we cannot verify the Value-Added Tax (VAT) establishment of the business in your selling account.
As a result, you can no longer sell on Amazon.co.uk or any European stores. You should continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact to your account.

i have received the same thing @Simon_Amazoncan you look into my case as well. my account is verified by mdri escalation team as uk established but dr tax verification team is still not activating my seller account. i have also tag you in my post with all the email communication and other details.

Were you Golden Beards Ltd? If so, it seems that this company is dissolved on Companies house. Your storefront seems to still display the U.K. address, which is shared by nearly 5,000 active companies, so clearly a virtual office, which, it seems, Amazon are not accepting as evidence of U.K. establishment. This is the problem which Amazon are referring to: "we have concluded that we cannot verify the Value-Added Tax (VAT) establishment of the business in your selling account."
Also the VAT number shown on your profile is for World Beauty Ltd, registered at another virtual office.
I am not sure how to resolve this, but a start will be to update your name and address to where you are physically operating from, which I presume is outside the U.K. There seems to be quite a bit of disjointed info. Everything needs to be perfectly aligned on Amazon.
Your products look excellent, so I hope you get this resolved.
