Making a complaint

Hi there

How do I make a complaint about the service I had received through this forum?

I understand that those with Amazon in their handle are Amazon employees?

For those interested they can see my past message history, and the related issue.

Regards

It's a Sellers' forum, the mods are just here to moderate and advise to the best of their ability. They are not offering a service so there is no complaints process

They are employed by amazon yes - but they are forum moderators. While they can pass your information on - their job role is to moderate the forums.

Are you referring to this thread?

if so, there is no service proposition for issues raised via the forum . You were advised 7 days ago that your case is under review. And 3 days ago you were told the same. Again, there is no promise of any help - I am unsure what your complaint would even be.

Thanks for your reply.

Ok so now I understand, they are not actually Amazon customer service reps. So my complaint against them is no longer valid.

Can someone give me a definitive answer as to whether Amazon has a customer service number, or a customer service email for someone who can assist me with the issues. I should be able get get a binary answer.

Thanks

Customer Service is for our customers, not sellers. You need Seller Support for seller issues, and create a case via the Help tab.

There is no customer service number no.

You can request a call back, though given your selling priviledges have been removed I think, then I don't think that option exists.

You can only create cases.

You could email managingdirector@amazon.co.uk with your complaint. Then you can look up Mediation
