Product Incorrectly Marked as Expired – Need Assistance

Hello Seller Support and Community,

Our product has been incorrectly marked as expired, and we need Amazon to review this properly.

We've opened a case explaining that the date on the back of the product is a manufacture date, not an expiration date (when translated from Korean to English). However, despite our explanations, Seller Support keeps stating that the product is expired and needs removal. They also direct us to submit information via the Account Health page, which doesn’t seem to resolve the issue.

We need someone from Seller Support to review this thoroughly, but we haven't been getting any responses that actually address our concern. Could someone help us get this fixed and confirm that the date on the back is a manufacturing date?

Seller support will not do this for you. How can someone confuse the production date with the expiry date? Doesn't have it an English label on the product? Is it understandable for a US person WHEN the product expires? THAT is the important thing.

Thanks for posting here. As advised via case 17138821531, Seller Support does not have the authority to change or edit the text on the packaging product. You will need to create a removal order and once the units are back to your address, we recommend you to mention the manufacture and the expiration date in English on the product in order to sell in the international market place, so that you can avoid the upcoming issue in the Fulfillment Center.
