Brand approval removed by csm-brand-review@amazon.co.uk
A customer claimed an item was fake and this has triggered an Amazon review of the whole brand. We had about 2,500 active listings for this toy brand.
We bought these in March 2022 so obviously the invoices are more than 365 days old. We've sent these anyway along with other more recent invoices from this brand, but they keep rejecting the appeal as the ASIN in question isn't on one of the invoices from the last 365 days, and they have now blocked us on all the listings which equate to about 95% of our inventory.
Anyone else experienced this and have any ideas?
