VTR and Yodel
Hi all, I can see lots of other sellers are experiencing issues with their VTR when using Yodel. This has been going on for months. My VTR is down to 25%. Does anyone know if it is likely to get resolved? are there any work arounds? this is so frustrating!

I use Yodel regularly. There was a problem a while ago, but as far as I know was all resolved. My VTR is 100% and has been for years now. Make sure when you input the barcode from the label that you do not use spaces or hyphens. Do you buy from Yodel Direct site ?
