Amazon cancelled shipment after UPS collected it

Hi all,

I created a shipment as usual that was under my restock limit. UPS collected as usual and off it goes…

Amazon then tell me via email they have cancelled this shipment due to it exceeding my restock limit. I checked and my restock limit had actually increased slightly so my shipment was still well under the limit.

UPS seem to think 1 box of the 5 sent has been delivered, however with Amazon cancelling the shipment I will never see the status change to receiving, complete etc etc.

Any idea what happens if they turn up to Amazon? I don’t mind if they are rejected and sent back to me, or processed and received by Amazon…my issue is not knowing since they cancelled the shipment. the email basically says don’t bother contacting Seller Support as they won’t be able to help.

Ignoring the fact that none of this makes sense with exceeding my limit when I haven’t, I just want to know if they will be added to my inventory or not.

Feedback from other sellers is that Amazon still process and receive the cancelled shipment.

I would try not to worry as Amazon are most likely to receive it and you shouldn’t lose any stock as a result of it.

It showed as cancelled but when you click into the shipment itself it checked in as normal, no idea why it happens

Turns out all of my sent inventory has been accepted! upon closer inspection the UPS numbers that amazon generated might have been to blame. they showed very incorrect collection and delivery dates against them. maybe they had been used before and not refreshed.
