Multiple Accounts
Hello,
I have opened one amazon seller account in 2019 and it was Canada marketplace and individual account. I didnt list any products and i never get sales i just created amazon account and that is it. I was living in Turkey that time and i was student. I opened that account to sell my handmade product and my collectible products to sell them in canada. However i never did that and in 2021 i moved to UK and i established a company here. I opened another amazon seller account under my business name and it was professional business seller account. I was selling pet toys, home and kitchen, cleaning supplies, office products so completely different products and categories from the 2019 account. I was working with supplier in my UK seller account and i have invoices for the products that i got sales. However amazon deactivated my both accounts because they are saying that it is agains amazon multiple account policy. I reviewed amazon multiple account policy and saw that i can open more than one account if its exactly like my situation the only thing is i should have let seller performance team know before opening new account. Is there any advice how can i explain the situation and get my seller account back ?

Your issue isn't really having more than one account, but having one of those accounts suspended. You'd need to get your old account working again.
