hello I have been selling on amazon for a long time, I have been getting this alert for my products in my uk store and no one knows how to solve this problem, even customer service gives different answers, my account health is good, my shipping plan my fees everything is normal, but I can’t solve this problem, can you please help?

have you selected a UK postcode in the top left hand side under ‘deliver to…’ section on the buyers side ?

I believe there is some sort of bug in the system.
I posted last week about Amazon awarding itself the Buybox for ‘unavailable’ books that will never be available. I received high price alerts for daring to attempt to sell these same titles at above Amazon’s 50 year old RRPs.
So I decided to put several in my basket. When I attempted to check them out I got this message:
This item cannot be shipped to the delivery location you selected. Please choose a different delivery place
…yet other sellers here reported that they were able to purchase the same books (not that they are likely to ever receive them).
Everything else in my basket went through checkout without a problem.
On other ‘unavailable’ titles listed by Amazon itself I see this on the offer page:
I’m fairly certain this has nothing to do with location but is actually a result of a wonky Amazon pricing/availability algorithm.

I can’t even see some of the products you screenshotted on the other thread, at least not your listing for it. Example the pink makeup bag, there is another seller, but not you.
