Account Deactivated in error for authenticity complaint Attn Amazon
My 9 years old amazon seller account was deactivated and my entire inventory removed over 1 complaint regarding the product used uk stamps
I buy job lots of used postage stamps from ebay and sort and arrange them into high quality packs, basically removing the more common stamps and using the higher quality stamps, my buyers loved them.
someone has now complained to amazon saying they were not authentic which is simply not true as they had gone through royal mails postage system and carried franking marks provinf they are authentic and genuine
Amazon want me to provice invoices for the stamps but will not accept ebay invoices, i can not believe amazon can be so aggressive with my healthy account and i can not see a way to appeal, has anyone any ideas about what i can do, its really difficult to explain to amazon my circumstances and it seems very unfair although i do understand amazon must follow policy.
the health team are really sympathetic to my situation but say the hand made team have to follow procudure
any help especially from any amazon staff here would be greatly appreciated, i am so customer focussed and care greatly about my customer base it seems like 9 years of hard work has now gone.
