Amazon status page

I posted this as a reply on a different discussion. However as the reply will be nested due to the poor design of the forums, few people will see it. I have posted it here anticipating a large number of likes to demonstrate to @Roberto_Amazonthat I am not the only one who thinks this.

Click like if you want @Roberto_Amazonto know you think this is a good idea.

Thanks for the update. I do not understand why Amazon does not have some kind of status page so that sellers can see when there are issues that Amazon are aware of. You could update us on progress towards a resolution.

This would help sellers and would help reduce the amount of cases opened with seller support. This would give them more time and they might actually help with some of the cases.

It feels like Amazon does not want to admit there are problems.

It would be a win for everyone.

I don’t think Amazon know when there are problems.

Main issue is they appear to have trained/programmed seller support to accept there aren’t problems, so if one is reported, well it can’t bea problem because the system is perfect.
