Unfulfillable Inventory - 90% of SKU's are "UNAVAILABLE FOR REMOVAL"

I am painfully trying to remove unfulfillable inventory, creating lists of 20 SKU's or so (ensuring that the same ASIN is not selected twice across multiple SKU's)...when it comes to the removal orders page, 90% or more say "UNAVAILABLE FOR REMOVAL" on more than half the time....its just a painful regular exercise of doing FBA, but when you painfully spend a lot of time racking up a list of 100 items (in qty across 20 SKUs) to then find that you can only remove less than 10 items across 2 or 3 SKU's....when checking the day after and the day after, its still the same situation.

Am I doing something wrong here?.... or is there a more efficient less painful option?

Hello @Seller_q7hnyz6buFEFd,

I'm Sarah with Amazon.

Maybe is related to the unfulfillable reason?

"Removal orders cannot be created for unfulfillable inventory that is designated as Warehouse damaged or Carrier damaged. To view the unfulfillable reason code, go to the Remove unfulfillable inventory page and choose Unfulfillable from the drop-down in the column."

You can also set up automatic removals for your inventory. Here you can find a full guide.

Kind regards,

Sarah.
