Unable to list my first product due to Amazon not accepting applications
I have contacted Amazon numerous times via phone to discuss this issue but the agents were rude and not very helpful.
I created a seller account and prior to this I checked if my items would have limitations which they do not. Upon trying to the list them I received an error stating Amazon are not accepting application to sell. There is no one selling this brand and not that much people selling the item itself. I have 1000’s waiting to be sent in to start using FBA. Could I please come some genuine assistance

Probably not. Amazon is a self service platform handled by Artificial Intelligence. And if the systems says "we are not accepting applications to sell" it says that and you have to accept that.
There is no human right on selling specific products on Amazon. If Amazon doesn't want you can't force them. That can be the product itself - like supplements - or the brand. If the brand doesn't want resellers Amazon is not allowed to accept them.

Let's start with the basics for the 'new, improved' Amazon requirements.
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
If not you are one step away from a possible suspension. MANY brands do not want to be sold on Amazon which is why they are not on here already.
