Has Anyone Else Had Their Amazon Shipping Account Terminated Without Explanation?

Hi everyone,

We’ve just received a notice from Amazon Shipping informing us that our shipping services will be terminated as of 2 August 2025, with final access to Shipper Central ending on 30 September 2025.

We’ve been loyal customers of Amazon Shipping for over 7 years, and this came completely out of the blue. No explanation was provided, and our account manager wasn't informed either.

We’re trying to understand if this is an isolated incident or part of a wider change.

Has anyone else received a similar termination notice recently?

Any insights or experiences you’re willing to share would be really appreciated.

Yes same here.

and it was from a no reply address

opened a case with shipping support,

who obv knew nothing about it - asked for a screenshot of the email showing the timestamp.

this was yesterday and they have not replied again since.

maybe a system error?

and like you we have been over 7 years with amazon shipping, starting Feb/Mar 2018

Us too, We ghave just started, not done the 6 weeks account manager not notified

I spoke to my account manager they said it was a decision from higher ups, She said our account was healthy and no problem.

. Our volume wasnt going to be huge but 500+ a day. We changed everything from FBA to SFP as well.

This might have something to do with your location.

Couple of years back we used to work with amazon shipping, sending hundreds of parcels per day and one day they just informed us, that our region is no longer supported due to not enough businesses using their services in our area (North East).

Where are you located?
