How to REACTIVATE my account

I just joined as a seller and my account has been deactivated. To reactivate, I need to show proof of bills with my name and address which I have done and still it has not been verified. Can anyone help me or offer some support. I am having a hard time setting this account up for the last 2 days.

If you have only just registered then ALL new accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided, both for personal ID and business information, which obviously can take time, as there are many new sellers registering every day..

Hopefully you are registered with HMRC as self-employed (possibly sole-trader) and have received your UTR for a BUSINESS seller account on Amazon ? That is essential if you intend to buy goods to sell on for profit.
