Order confirmation e-mails coming through, but orders remain stuck in 'Pending'

I’m receiving the usual order confirmation e-mails from Amazon, but the orders remain stuck in pending.

I’ve got two orders so far, from 15:52 and 16:15, that I’ve received e-mails for, but they have remained stuck in pending.

Is anyone else experiencing this at the moment?

I also manifested with C&D long enough ago for my orders to be marked as dispatched with tracking, but those orders have also not yet been updated, seems there could be a technical glitch going on?

Technical glitch fo sho. Not sure what the root cause is (plan of action please Amazon. Lol.), but orders are stuck in pending.

Also inventory is not updating - it’s stuck (ie. if you change stock quantities from 10 down to 2, the ‘live’ site says you have 10 for sale). I imagine the customer is presented with the correct stock level at checkout but still it’s a nuisance if their first port of call is showing them incorrect stock levels.

Sure it’s part of the same thing, and sure it’ll get sorted, but irritating nonetheless.
Just have to hope engineers are aware and acting on it.

Mine’s slightly different. I have the email, but there is nothing in pending. Searching for the order number returns an Unknown Error message.

Thanks for posting, I’m yet to receive another order after 4:15pm, so it will be interesting to see if my next order clears out of pending.

I know, let’s contact Seller Support…yeah maybe not!

I’ve just manually marked my other orders as dispatched in Seller Central, that haven’t been sent with tracking.

They have all been processed correctly and updated as shipped, so at least that appears to be working as normal.

I’m now waiting on 8 Tracked 48 orders to update from being processed through C&D.

I can’t seem to mark my orders as dispatched, I’m logging off now does that mean I’m going to be hit with late dispatch ratings?

We re getting messages on the app for orders to dispatch that are not on pending or dispatch now.

I’ve also just had another order come through, but this time the order is not showing in either pending or unshipped.

Daily sales total is still updating as usual.

I assume this will also whack us with VTR issues and getting anyone from Amazon to take this into account will be next to impossible.

I buy postage via Amazon (for my sins) so when I print the postage off it marks it off straight away. Now it looks like when this is fixed I’ll also have manually ship the item.
