Seller selling FAKES

I have reported a seller twice now for selling fake items on a listing and i get a pretty instant response via email from amazon stating ‘Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported XXXXXX for the violation type selected.’

With the response being pretty much instant , has there even been any sort of investigation… no. This seller has many 1 star reviews that have been removed by amazon for some reason even though the reviews state about them selling fakes. They are ruining a good listing for many genuine sellers as they are also selling at ridiculous price, cheaper than genuine distributors. I feel helpless as i thought amazon had a tough stance on these types of sellers but i guess they’ll just removing their 1 star reviews for them.

Is it your brand and do you have brand registry ?

If not, have you purchased an item from them and reported as counterfeit ?

Report them directly to the distributor, and they should raise it with Amazon tout suite.

Why not just go to customer services get help and start a chat, they’ll raise it for you and should kick off an investigation requesting invoices from the seller covering that last 12 months of sales to prove legit, you need to act as a customer not a seller.

Report it to the brand…my experience is that brands act on any report much faster
