After Avalara quit Amazon I was forced to choose Taxually in october
I was forced to upload loads of documents, nonsense uoloading vat certificates 5 times etc.
Taxually download tool completely nonsense automatic tragedy
now in 17,12 :
-no fillings for october( it should be done by Taxually without problem)
-no vat transactions reports available -without it Taxually job is worthless
-tax authorities France,Spain send me alerts, possible penalties
Taxually:
-0 human, normal help
-nobody answers calls, nobody recalls
-only automatic , nonsense emails
where can I report them as impossible to work with and quit it?

They are submitting incorrect VAT returns, completely disregarding that we are on the OSS payment scheme. I’ve sent them about 10 emails, and they’ve ignored every single one—no response whatsoever. To make matters worse, their website provides no option to cancel the service, leaving us stuck while they continue charging us every month without any way to stop it or contact them. This company is an absolute scam! Avoid them at all costs!
