A-Z for a pending order
I've had and lost many ridiculous A-Z claims, but this one takes the prize. I had a pending order as part of Subscribe & Save that sat as pending for weeks before disappearing altogether. Since I couldn't process the order, the customer never received it, despite Amazon continuously sending them messages with different delivery dates. Eventually, the customer filed an A-Z claim, and now my ODR has been impacted. Why? I haven’t done anything wrong! I don't have any control over pending orders!

The icing on the cake is that I cannot appeal! I have just lost an appeal for an incense that, according to them contains cannabis, it doesn't. I have a warning that as I have repeated violations my account could be at risk. Not my fault, they see synthetic cannabis everywhere.
Do not sell anything containing frankincense, myrrh, rose, benzoin as for Amazon they are some kind of illegal drugs and soon or later you will get a violation. Shame that they are very often used in many cosmetics and perfumes.

Simply ridiculous. I can understand c0ck-ups happening but not being able to repair your account from the unwarranted defect is poor.
