Printing end of day manifest
Can anyone help with a problem im having when using shipping through amazon.I have a royal mail account but im now selling through prime and Amazon insist i buy postage direct through there “buy postage system” this is fine as its linked to my royal mail account. the problem im having is that royal mail require a manifest when they collect my parcels everyday. Amazon dont as far as i can find anyway of printing an end of day list of goods im sending.
Has anyone else come across this problem? any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kevin,
From Seller Central go to -
Orders tab > Order Reports > End of Day Forms (3rd tab along) > Generate End of Day Forms.
If you have sent any parcels there should be a box that states Royal Mail, then just click generate.
This page will then immediately say there is no reports to generate, but My manifests appear in a PDF pop up.

Does anyone know what happens if you are unable to print the end of day manifest due to a technical issue? Do Amazon have a process in place ? Royal Mail said they can’t take my parcels if I don’t have a manifest. I have asked Customer support but that was 2 weeks ago and they are still saying they are looking into it.
