Royal Mail OBA International Shipping Options Missing
HI
We normally use Royal Mail to send our EU shipments. Since last Thursday the shipping option for this has disappeared from our orders. I have contacted support and got a copy and pasted reply without anybody actually investigating the problem. I have since had to turn our holiday settings on for EU countries to stop more orders until this gets resolved. I have bought the labels direct from Royal Mail and manually added the tracking number to our order but I'm concerned that Amazon's IOSS number isn't being passed on to customs in the receiving countries resulting in them being returned to us. Is anybody else having the same problem?

at a guess it will be the requirement to send the tarriff and ioss paid as this is now a seperate item on the click and drop and might not be in the amazon system yet.

Hello @Seller_yZxxYj7NXjIv9,
Thank you for reaching out to Forums Community. — apologies for the delayed response.
It's been about a week since you reported this issue. We wanted to check in: have your Royal Mail international shipping options returned in Buy Shipping, or is this still ongoing?
Regarding your IOSS concern:
When purchasing labels directly from Royal Mail outside of Buy Shipping, Amazon's IOSS number is not automatically passed to customs. You'll want to ensure you're manually including the IOSS number on your customs declarations to avoid returns or duty charges at the destination.
You can find your Amazon IOSS number on the Order Details page for qualifying EU orders.
If the issue is still unresolved:
- Please open a new case with Seller Support specifically referencing that Royal Mail international shipping options are missing from Buy Shipping for EU-bound orders
- Share your case ID here so we can review and assist further.
