Need urgent assistance: serious problem with swatch images for the size attribute

We have a serious problem: a swatch image appeared in place of the size on the mobile version, and it's the wrong image, and we also have a color, so we can't change the swatch image of size.

Please see the attached screenshot. You can see a red item on the swatch image for the size options, but it's selected dark brown item for the color option, not red. Very misleading! This issue occurs only on the mobile version.

What has been done:

1. The full update for all swatch images via product spreadsheet file - no luck;

2. Created a case with seller support - no luck; case ID 15083913141

Has anyone encountered this before? It's a very serious issue that leads to returns, refunds, and negative reviews. Thanks in advance for any help.

To confirm, does this issue arise when viewing the listing through a mobile browser, or only the mobile app? I hate to suggest it, but you might want to doublecheck if the app is up to date!
