Convert manufacturer barcode settings to amazon barcode
Hi everyone
I recently opened an Amazon account and set up a couple of listings. While starting my first shipment, I found the default FBA setting for barcodes is manufacturer barcodes. My products are not manufacturer barcoded so I need to use Amazon barcodes. There is a file upload method for changing Amazon barcode listings to Manufacturer barcodes but I need to go reverse. Please advise how I can change existing listings settings from manufacturer barcodes to Amazon barcodes. Thanks in advance

Amazon would not be able to change the barcode from their end.
Barcode settings cannot be changed if inventory for the item is in transit to a fulfilment centre or already at a fulfilment t center. Any products that are already in fulfilment centres must be sold through or removed by placing a removal order.
Changes would apply only to future shipments of eligible products.
Please note you would be required to create an ASIN with a new SKU.
