One store at risk - account health
I'm not overly concerned about this but perhaps I should be knowing how amazon work, or fails to work.
We have a health warning that one store is at risk and has dropped to rating of 190 due to a policy violation.
Yes as usual amazon approach this with stern language and threats of imminent doom for something that we haven't done.
Periodically we receive warnings and messages about listings being removed in a wide variety of languages.
These listings seem to fall foul of some rule or other in a lot of countries.
It is our Belgian store that is at risk. Due to a policy violation of listing something that isn't permitted for sale in Belgium apparently.
In this case the offending item is: Pure Pack of 25 Face Cleansing Wipes - due to some chemical in the wipe not being permitted in Belgium.
We no longer sell these items, haven't for several years. We don't have them in stock anymore on our inventory.
We do not sell in Belgium. We never did. We never signed up for, nor listed anything in Belgium. We have all our stores except UK on permanent holiday setting.
So even though we haven't listed items for sale internationally amazon seem to have done so for us - We opted out of their recent international sales thing where they were going to automatically list everyone, and every listing, for sale EU wide, or even further perhaps.
Should we be worried about this warning?
Could it lead to problems?
Is there some way other than the holiday setting that we can stop these listings from somehow being made 'active' on sites we have no intention of selling on?

Yes - the listings are per store. We deleted all our Poland listings the other day. It didn't look to delete from UK.
If you are concerned - maybe just test on one SKU first.

Check your Manage Inventory on Belgium - its likely the listing is there (even without stock amazon still treats this as you listing the product in Belgium)
I fully believe you when you say that amazon likely did this. We had the same with Poland and Sweden - amazon randomly built about 1,000 listings for us on Poland without our knowledge.
You need to delete the listings from your Amazon Belgium inventory - that may make the policy violation go away.
