Cancelling a shipment AFTER UPS Collection
Hi,
I’ve made a mistake when adding labels onto my most recent shipment, basically I’ve put Box 1’s labels onto Box 2 and vice versa. (Box 1, 14KG shipment, Box 2, 20KG Shipment)
The boxes have different contents so when they are received by FBA I imagine they won’t be checked in properly (They are the same shipment but don’t think that will matter).
Tried Seller Central but not had any joy, what options do you think I have, just seeing if anyone has made this mistake previously and what happened?

you need to contact UPS and ask them to return your boxes to you

It’ll likely be okay. I’ve done it before where i shipped a multi-box shipment and put the wrong box labels on two of the boxes. From memory i just had to acknowledge the defect.
