Incompetence, Negligence, or Employee Theft. Which one is it FBA?
What are my options when it has been proven that Amazon has received the shipment but is claiming they received nothing despite the evidence which you can see below?

NARRATIVE: On Nov 27, 2023, 10 units of a 2-pack were shipped from West Columbia, SC, with UPS tracking code 1ZR83V540361906273. The package weighed 7 lbs, as documented (we have UPS Receipt showing this checked in at the UPS Store when we shipped in West Columbia.)
The package was delivered on Nov 29, 2023, at 09:04 AM in Richmond, VA.
On Dec 1, 2023, at 11:52 AM, it was checked in at ORF2, Chesapeake, VA, and by 11:53 AM, received at TPA4 in Temple Terrace, FL.
FBA Response: We have yet to receive this shipment.
There is overwhelming information that they did including an employee's signature and their own admission that they checked in this shipment and started to transfer it to the various warehouses.
