Each time we contact support, we are informed that our case has been transferred to the internal team, and we are assured that we will receive a response within 24 hours. However, no response has been provided, and the issue remains unresolved.
This delay is causing significant business losses as our listings remain blocked through no fault of our own. We are losing sales opportunities, and our buyers are unable to purchase the product.
We kindly request the following actions:

After checking the cases you've mentioned (16669783371 and 16650374671), I can see that both have been successfully resolved - one 15 days ago and the other 4 days ago, with approvals granted in both instances.
Since these cases are already resolved, your listings should be active now. If you're still experiencing any issues with your listings, I recommend:
1. First verify:
- Your inventory settings in Seller Central
- That your listings are in "Active" status
- Your product compliance information is properly displayed
2. If you notice any discrepancies or if listings remain blocked:
- Please create a new case with Seller Support
- Include references to your previous approved cases
- Specify which listings are still having issues
For security and privacy reasons, we recommend:
- Avoiding sharing case numbers in public forums
- Working directly with Seller Support for account-specific matters
- Using your Seller Central account to track case status
