Account Set to Inactive due to Dormancy

Hello, I am trying to reactivate my amazon seller account after I haven't used it, I am trying to reactivate it now the issue is when I attempt to provide the required information It is an ongoing loop of the same screen. It says Your account is inactive. You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated. Only option is to click Continue. which takes me to a screen that says your account is now active. (it isnt) You can click on the navigation menu item to navigate anywhere.

The second I attempt to navigate to a new screen the same screen says your account is inactive. I tried following the email steps I was sent to reactivate How to I provide the required information? To complete the verification process, follow these steps: Navigate to your “Account Info” page in Seller Central. (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/sc/account-information) Click the “Start verification” link on the “Account Information” page. (this doesn't show up anywhere) Also since my account is inactive I cannot reach out to support because every-time I click help it tell me my account is inactive and gives that same screen... I have no idea how to get past this is someone is able to assist or maybe support could reach out to me that would be great since I cannot contact them.

Same. Endless loop. Credit card is fine. Everything is fine. NO "Start verification" link anywhere. Simply "Inactive Account" HELP!!

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here. Are you still having issues here? Apologize to all for the frustration here, and each use case may be different.

Some things to look at:

  • Have you read all of your recent performance notifications? Many times verification links are sent there. Start with the most recent in your inbox and follow any appropriate links there
  • It sounds like you cannot reach out to Seller Support via normal channels. Can you try to see if this link works for you in this instance?
