How to list a Personalised product in Handmade?
Does anyone know if you can list a ‘personalised’ gift, where a customer has send you their personal wording requirements in text form. I offer a personalised Baby birth frame, where I add name, date & time of birth, and weight, so the information I need is personal for each frame.
I’ve added ‘variations’ ok before, but that info is set wording that doesnt need to be changed each time.
I cant seem to find the answer anywhere. Anyone help??

you need to enroll in customisation, then after you have created your listing you add customisation from the edit drop down

Go to inventory, click the drop down list on the product and you will find the “add custom info”
