Changing FBA returns address

Hi there. I haven't been on the forums in a long time!

I need to change the return address for FBA items but I cant find where to do it, please could you wise sellers/mods help me?

Also, probably more for the mods.. I had some stock go on the listing then weeks later say it was 'unexpected', it wouldnt let me do anything with them, so it said they'd been returned. The tracking showed we had missed the 1 delivery and we haven't heard a thing since. It's 44 units so it's quite the loss.. Any idea if the mods can support with this? Or anyone else had this? I really don't fancy a call with seller 'support'.

Click on cog on upper right hand side of seller central, then fulfilment by Amazon. Address needs to be changed in both Automated unfulfillable settings and Automated unfulfillable settings.

Regarding your second issue, unfortunately you need to open first the Seller Support Case to review your issue. Once you open it, please share the case ID here. Without this step, Mods are not able to proceed with the second review or to take additional steps.
