Parent-Child Listings Disconnected + Search Suppressed Issues After Amazon Updates

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing serious issues with my listings after Amazon's latest updates, and I wanted to see if anyone else is facing the same problems or has found a solution.

1) Parent-Child Listings Disconnected

Almost all of my child listings have lost their connection to their parent listings. I have 204 listings, each with 12-30 variations. About two months ago, I noticed some child listings getting separated from their parents. I contacted Seller Support multiple times, and after 2-3 weeks, the issue was mostly resolved.

However, about a month ago, the problem started again, and now all my listings are completely separated—none of them are related to each other. It's not just a couple of child listings losing connection; every single variation is now a standalone product.

In Manage All Inventory, everything looks fine—parent-child relationships appear intact.

But when I view the listings as a buyer, I only see a single color and size option—no variations.

I even tried recreating the variation relationships using a spreadsheet, but it didn’t fix anything.

I've contacted Seller Support at least twice, but the issue keeps getting worse. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there any workaround that actually works?

2) Search Suppressed Listings with Old Errors

I'm also dealing with a lot of Search Suppressed listings. Amazon shows missing or incorrect information, but the thing is—I had already fixed these issues more than a year ago. Now, for some reason, the old incorrect data has returned, and my listings are flagged again.

Has anyone else had their old listing information reappear and trigger suppression? How did you fix it permanently?

Would really appreciate any insights or advice!

Thanks!

Hi there @Seller_0zc5hf6pbv1Fx,

Regarding your issue with your Variations it may be that the Variations have been identified to be in violation of the Variation Policy and have been split due to being inappropriate for the category or not an appropriate variation theme. If you provide you most recent Seller Support Case I will review to see what options exist.

Regarding your listings suppressed due missing or incorrect information, it may be that the old data wasn't fully replaced. Do you use a 3rd party service to list? A delete and relist via an upload should clear that data in full. Thank you for your understanding.
