Totally Helpless as poor service from seller performance team

Hello,

My account was deactivated for more that months now due to UK 3-pin policy violations for ASINs: B07GVMCMT8 and B00FDMNZG6. I submitted documents to appeal 20 times , showing my intention to sell with a UK 3-pin plug. However, the "seller performance team" keeps sending me the same auto-generated email template without providing a solution. Moreover, the above ASINs are not restricted in the Amazon UK market. I believe the "seller performance team" is based outside the UK and may not understand how business operates here. I feel helpless and can only hope that someone from the Amazon UK team picks up my case and guides me.

Regards

I was never clear on if plugs themselves (ie, ones not attached to a device were allowed or not). The policy page on plugs doesn't really help.

However - assuming a plug on its own isn't allowed - you can't just list on those ASINs and bundle a 3 pin plug with it - as that isn't what hte listing is for. You'd need to create a new ASIN. Though it does seem other sell on those listings - so it is all a bit odd I agree.
