So frustrated by Amazon Seller Support
Hi Guys,
I think I am not alone in this. I am literally so frustated by Amazon Seller Support.
Every time I have an issue, Amazon is really quick in sending me scary emails, but really slow in helping me fix the problems. For a week I have been receiving scary emails of my account being at risk of suspension because they can't verify it, and every time I try to contact seller support is just a waste of time. People refer me to other people. They send me completely useless and unhelpful times.
Is this the norm on Amazon? I am so debated, it is a great platform for selling products, but I am not sure it is worth it if it causes me so much stress. I am looking forward to hearing other seller's opinions.

Sadly, this is absolutely standard for "seller support". They are worse than useless, and that's me being kind.

I have this also. I had submitted a case as i can't also re-verify as 'something went wrong'. They asked for a screenshot which i sent, but they replied saying that the screenshot does not conform to their requirements as it was missing the the tabs on the top of the internet. (i cropped it as i have 100 tabs open). Why would i lie????? I replied again immediately but no response. The seller side of things is such a bad system. I can't even list items without getting error messages and i've had not 1 sale since this verify message appeared.

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here. I see that you have an opened case #11334929542 where you have recently submitted the screen shots of what you are seeing when you go to update your information from your 'Account info' page - thank you!
Additionally, I see you have an unread performance notification for the KYC verification process from today, 7/23/25. Have you tried to follow the links within there as well? I'm unable to access them on my end as we don't have the same tools or permissions that Seller Support has.
Let's continue to monitor the above case and see what they come back with here. In the meantime, I'm going to do a few other checks on my end.
