Subject: ASINs Wrongfully Removed — Requesting Support to Reinstate Suture Practice Kits

I’m reaching out with deep concern regarding the removal of several of our ASINs: B08R1GLL8V, B08Y753FSS, and B0BB83SJRH. These listings were recently taken down because they were mistakenly flagged as medical devices.
However, these products are suture practice kits solely intended for educational and training use. They are widely recognized tools used by students and trainees to develop suturing skills and do not qualify as medical devices under Amazon’s own guidelines. Many other sellers are currently offering the same category of product without issue.
Despite submitting multiple appeals and clear supporting documentation, we continue to receive automated rejections with no clarification or human review. This is causing significant stress and disruption to our operations. We value compliance and transparency, and we’re simply asking for a fair, informed review of this matter.
If anyone from the Seller Performance or Catalog teams is listening, we sincerely request a manual reevaluation of these ASINs. Your guidance and support would mean a great deal not only to us, but to other sellers who may be facing similar challenges.
