I got this message last 25 in April, since that day the account is deactivated and the review is Status: Our evaluation is in progress.

anyone had this issue and got it fixed?

Judging on the reports on the other thread with same issue, you have to provide the info they’ve asked for and wait out their compliance checks

I believe that 1 seller at least on that long thread you’ve already posted on, has now been reactivated this week so hopefully not too long to wait
