I’m trying to find a link to email/chat with Seller Support but all I get is the ‘help’ box churning out answers that aren’t relevant. It’s frustrating.

If you would like to contact the Seller Support either by e-mail or phone (which is only available for sellers with the professional selling plan), follow this link:

Once you are on the “Contact us” page, select the appropriate option from the menu on the left side:
If you are an Individual Seller, you will only see the e-mail case option (on the left), however you can include there your phone number for a possibility to get contacted by a phone.

Just to add if you are not a Professional and on an Individual selling plan, you can still click on the same blue link below, choose “your account” > “other issues” explain your problem and enter your phone number to request a call-back.
Seller Support will then call or email a response to you.

I must say, seeing all the questions here at the forum about getting in contact with Amazon Seller Support, something must be very wrong in their information!
How come so many sellers don’t know how to contact Seller Support?
