Major issues regarding reviews - customer service is NO help.

I am having some strange issues regarding reviews of my product. I have contacted Seller support numerous times about this issue in the past day. They keep closing my case basically saying everything is fine, but it doesn't appear fine.

Via the AmazonSeller app (iphone): I can see two collected customer feedback. Both are 100% positive and these customers left great comments to which I responded to. There is NO mention or record of the 1-star review and negative comment that I've received from a person who didn't even buy my product. (NO, I am not trying to have this review removed, its fair, they don't like my price).

Via SellerCentral on my desktop computer: I cannot see or access ANY reviews for my products. When I navigate to "Brands" the only options listed are "Brand Registry" and "Build your brand". I have my brand and all of my products have GTIN's and i've been selling since May. Under "Brands" there should be an option to see customer reviews, correct?

I cannot see or respond to this negative review like I was able to for the two positive reviews I've gotten.

Now to make things even more complicated. When I view my product on Amazon.com (as a buyer), Only two ratings are visible, one 5-star review (no comment visible), and the 1-star review (comment visible). There is no rating or comment visible for the other 5-star review that a customer left me. WHY?

This doesn't make sense to me, can anyone please explain? Why can I only see and respond to reviews within the AmazonSeller app, but not on SellerCentral via my pc? Why don't all of the reviews display on Amazon.com for my product?

Customer support is not addressing any of these questions. They just keep telling me that everything has been thoroughly investigated and review sharing is working as intended and "no information can be provided".

The first bit you mention -- feedback you responded to -- has to be Seller Feedback.

The second bit you mention -- from a person who didn't buy your product -- is clearly product review.

They are completely separate -- this has nothing to do with app vs. computer interface.

You may leave a public response to seller feedback. There is no means to respond to product review (or rating).

And no -- Amazon does not require that a buyer purchase the item on Amazon in order to leave a product review.

Product ratings show up as part of the total, but are not visible as are the reviews.
