NEED MODERATOR HELP
I have been trying to get reimbursed for A-Z claims that were reversed to Amz Paid after appeal. The claims were initially deemed Seller funded however 2 of the subject orders were successfully appealed with one with the identical issue was denied.
Claims:
111-9844423-3001046 filed 6/26 - Amz Funded 6/30 (originally pd by seller)
113-0208166-7805814 filed 6/23 - Seller Funded - ODR impacted
113-0526338-9665817 filed 7/4 - Amz Funded 7/8 (originally pd by Seller)
All three orders were for the identical item sold. All 3 where shipped using Fedex/USPS shipping purchased thru Amz and Claims Protected. All 3 appeals basically stated the same thing with 2 of 3 being reversed however the other kept getting denied. Logic seems to be missing for this by Amz personnel.
History: I was contacted by all 3 sellers asking me where their shipments were. I called the Post Office (Butler TN post office clerk) and asked her to check all 3 shipments. She told me that the packages had been confiscated by the post office due to counterfeit postage.
I contacted Amazon (thru Chat) and started investigating what happened on 6/20. Seller support was no help at all and clearly did not understand what he was being told. The following is the chain of events on the above referenced orders.

7/5 - Transferred
7/7 - Transferred
There are likely other transfers however Amz has decided that they don't have to annotate the record with what the subject was about. It is merely a blank screen with the word transferred on. (very helpful said with immense sarcasm).

I provided documentation and am attaching it here for review.
Needless to say I cannot believe that Amz needs to take this long to reimburseme when they immediately took it out of my account to pay the customer. I want my money back, including the postage paid. Amz is completely at fault for 1) selling inadequate postage

OID showing Claims Protection (please be aware that Amz went in after the order was processed, claims filed and several forum discussions regarding this issue were published). I have screen shots of these orders without the disclaimer stating "Tender to FedEx only). Hmmmm I wonder why!
