Seller Support Callback Feature Not Working - SOLVED
If you are having issues with not receiving a callback from the seller support team, despite clearing your cookies and cache or whatever else they tell you you need to do, then the issue is simply that you have a 'scam blocker' on your account with your phone carrier and unfortunately the number that the support team is routed through is listed with the FCC as a scam number. I am with t-mobile and once I had them remove the scam blocker feature than I was once again able to receive callbacks from the seller support team. I hope this helps everyone who's dealt with this issue to no avail.

Not good enough!!!!!!!
Amazon is a huge corporation and sellers should not have to remove their scam/ spam blockers from their phones in order to receive phone calls from Amazon.
I posted a thread last year and barely received any responses. I have also not talked to anyone from Amazon outside of Customer Support since then. Do you think that Amazon will make it so that customers will not be able to get a call back without removing their spam/scam blockers? Apparently Amazon thinks sellers should know where we stand by now.
This problem has only been around for the last year or so. Guess Amazon decided it needed more money, outsourced all seller support and now anything coming from Amazon is being blocked on our phones. Hope a few share holders are seeing why they are getting bigger dividends.
By not being able to receive calls anymore with Amazon showing up on caller ID, Amazon has become bush league and a third rate organization that sees its sellers as third rate entities.

Thank you so much for the information. I suppose Amazon wont mention that, so its a good thing you did.
I have not been able to get calls for at least 5 years so this is not new, its just finally solved. So, since I am with T-Mobile, do I need to call them and ask them to remove the spam blocker? I know I have one on there.
T-Mobile is not so easy to get on the phone, is there a way to fix it thru their website? Sorry for these follow up questions, but it seems everything has layers.
Thanks again!
