Inventory Disposition Change
Yesterday all stock of two of my FBA ASINs suddenly became Unfilliable. I’m struggling to understand why! I have run an Inventory adjustment report it shows just ‘P’ Inventory Disposition Change - No other reason What does this mean?
Amazon is suggesting restocking the item through recommendations, I haven’t received any performance notifications. Im reluctant to send more stock without understanding the issue.
I have raised cas, but hopefully someone on the forum maybe able to shed some light, below are a couple of screenshots
Thanks

We have a number of units showing as DEFECTIVE from a shipment that was fully received on 15th Feb 2023. There are other posts where sellers are having similar issues, but I’m really struggling to get anywhere with seller support.

Our DEFECTIVE units have finally moved to unfulfillable.
I’ve messaged seller support before I create any removal order. Because, if these units can not be moved to SELLABLE we are asking the exact reason why these units are being marked as DEFECTIVE, so that when we send in our next batch of units to Amazon FBA we are aware of why an item might be marked as DEFECTIVE.

Same issue here with 6 ASINs and the entire inventory on those ASINs. No answer from customer support and some of the items came back in the same condition as we sent them and sold many of them before. I told to the rep it must be some system issue as we never had more than 1-2 item returned to us / month and all of those was damaged customer returns. We are selling in the EU and I wasn’t aware of the RP dashboard but the defective ASINs wasn’t on that list. Also our listings are on the EU countiest long time ago so why not all ASIN went defective from those countries and why now when many other sellers one?
Tried to ask customer support how to claim the cost of the removal fees on perfect, sellable items but not have answer yet (will be surprised if I’ll receive a straight answer to be honest…)

I have received another vague response and conflicting information from seller support, with regards to our units marked as DEFECTIVE. For one of the ASINs marked as DEFECTIVE, in which we sent in 5 units, 3 went to SELLABLE (and were sold), but 2 units marked as DEFECTIVE, they are saying the reason is
All information about a product in a foreign language.
Can not confirm if item match with PDP.
Our branded products (in brand registry) contain both English and Korean language, plus the same products are SELLABLE on Amazon with other suppliers, plus we sold 3 units of this ASIN in the same shipment. So I’m not sure why they are deemed DEFECTIVE.
Nickolas_Amazon are you able to help regarding our case, or any other Amazon moderators please, or can you put me in contact with a Amazon account manager.

Hey @MLE,
Good to see you got this solved, may I ask what sort of response did you receive from Seller Support in regards to this issue?
