Now is supposed to be the Busiest time of the year and it was few days ago and backwards.

My sales have also dropped by 50%. I am in launch phase and I spent too much on ranking and now this happened.
Its really disappointing.

Same thing has happened with us last week.
On investigation... saw that Amazon had extended our delivery times showing to customers by 2-3 days' this was including for next day Prime as well !!
This would inevitably take your buy box out in most cases.
Opened a case over a week ago and was "transferred to internal team" where we get a message every 2 days telling us it is still under investigation.
After 6 days, our times went back to normal.
Worth checking that you have same issue and raising it, as it appears there has been a glitch somewhere?

This happens to us constantly; it will drop for a day for seemingly no reason, then go back up to normal. We're yet to work out why, and by the time Amazon has got back in touch, it's sorted itself out. Wish we could have been of more help :(

I had one that went on for weeks where they kept "transferring to an internal team". I imagine that seller support works like Russian dolls, with someone deep inside doing all the work, either that or they're asleep.
There is another great one where it keeps going to an internal team and then they send you the identical message they sent ten messages ago.
I've had the same where my featured offer dropped to 0%. I have enough open cases at the moment that one more may tip me over the edge. One of my more recent seller support responses was in Chinese. I'm based in the UK with no Chinese connections. Hopefully one day I'll be able to look back on it and be amused.

Same happened to me, I just opened case after case (about 15 in total) and eventually got someone that saw it was a glitch on the system and now its all good again and my Buy Box percentage returned to normal.
Just badger them until they give you a answer and not a token reply.
Hope they sort it.
