To update business and contact information in Seller Central, please follow the below steps:
- Go to the “Identity information” section of Seller Central.

- Follow the prompts to amend the information.
- Click “Submit for verification”.
If you do not upload this document within 60 days, we will be unable to prevent the suspension of your Amazon Payments UK (APUK) account.
Once we have received this document and updated information , we will continue with your verification.

This is an Amazon seller forum, you won’t get an answer from Amazon directly.
You need to remove your phone number from the post and any other personal details.
However, what they want from you, is clearly explained in the email.
