Brand Approval for Lego

I am trying to get approval for Lego after selling on Amazon for 10 years. I have submitted the relevant documents but it keeps saying -

Thank you for your application to sell LEGO products. We have reviewed the documentation that you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell LEGO products.

We evaluated the information that you provided, but it did not pass our review. We took this action to ensure the mutual success of our sellers and buyers on our site. File name: invoice from supplier LEGO

I need help!!!

Do you also have a letter of authorisation from LEGO to sell their products on Amazon?

It appears Amazon (or its bots) didn't think they were relevant enough. :/

You cannot apply for the Lego brand in the Brand Registry as you do not own this. An invoice from Lego doesn't mean you have any rights to the brand.

You can sell Lego products on Amazon under listings with the correct UPC, but registering a brand means you have the rights to this brand and own it yourself, or have authorisation from the brand's legal owners to act on their behalf with a letter of attestation certifying you are the appointed official distributors of the brand.
