Updated A Listing & Browse Nodes Now Not Showing, Removed?
Hi All,
So I was in the process yesterday of updating our listings, altering some bulletpoints and some descriptions & photos, just generally updating them. They are all strong sellers in our category, easily top 20 on best seller rankings.
However just 1 hour after updating, they don't appear in searches anymore, I've contacted Amazon and they state that the browse nodes have been removed, I've re added them, although they are still there and had no luck. I also put a request in with Amazon to change and they said that the listing cannot change the browse nodes as they have been selected based on the product. So doees this mean the listing isn't now responding directly to organic searches?
My concern now is Christmas, have I now lost the rankings on these listings? Like I said, these were top 20 for us.
Any help would be massivley appreciated!
