I’m hoping someone who’s faced a similar issue, or a member of the support team, can help me out. I recently opened a business bank account with Tide in my company’s name, with me as the director, but it looks like Amazon’s automated verification process isn’t happy with that. My account is now blocked, and it doesn’t accept any proof of ownership, like a bank statement or account verification letter. I can’t find a way to contact support through my account health section, and I’m pretty stuck. I can’t even close my Amazon account. If anyone has had a similar problem, I’d really appreciate any advice or guidance!

Amazon may not accept Tide as they aren't officially a bank yet, others maybe able to advise otherwise if that is incorrect and they have had Tide accounts accepted. I have a Tide account for one business totally unconnected to Amazon and find it isn't accepted by some companies/organisations.
Other internet banks (those who have full banking licences) such as Starling are accepted by Amazon.
as 92 says - I don’t think Tide are on Amazons list of accepted banks- have you checked if it is?
